Occurrence Reporting
Occurrence reporting, mandatory and voluntarily.
Mandatory Occurrence Reporting is required in the Bailiwick of Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey, as referenced in The Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014, Article 144, and The Air Navigation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2012, Section 124 respectively.
Voluntary Reports (VOR) may also be made using the forms attached.
The method of reporting is detailed below.
Bailiwick of Guernsey
MORs related to the Guernsey Aircraft Registry (2-Reg), can be filed using the online portal to the 2-Reg system. Voluntary reports can also be filed via this portal or by completing one of the occurrence forms detailed below.
MORs not related to 2-Reg should be submitted by completing the attached form which can be downloaded, then completed and sent by email to the ODCA using the following address [email protected]
Bailiwick of Jersey
MORs related to the Bailiwick of Jersey should be submitted by completing the attached form which can be downloaded, then completed and sent by email to the ODCA using the following address [email protected]
